• Head Nurse of Emergency department at Synergy Hospital, Dehradun.

Belgian Healthcare Experience

Since moving to Belgium in 2013, I have collaborated with over 25 hospitals and old age homes via interim. This journey has provided invaluable insights into the local healthcare system, allowing me to match nurses with organizations that best fit their needs.

• Administrative Support: From pre-contracts to BIS number applications and NARIC diploma recognition, we manage all paperwork, ensuring seamless integration.

Training Location

Sarah: College for Higher Tibetan Studies, P.O. Sarah Village, Tehsil Dharamsala, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh – 176213, provides a peaceful and focused learning environment.

Accommodation & Meals

Nurses and instructors stay on-site, with three meals daily, ensuring a comfortable and cost-effective setting.

Pre-Arrival Training

6-month bootcamp covering Dutch language, nursing skills, and psychological training.

Job Interviews

Partner institutions in Belgium conduct interviews during training, leading to pre-contracts.

Work & Study Model

Nurses work as healthcare assistants for one year, then transition to licensed nursing roles for four years.
